Friday, November 16, 2012 at 3:12PM Thank you to all the kids who brought their parents to kickboxing. We've been raising money to send our competitors to the ICO World Games in Paris. I think it's safe to say a good time was had by all and we would like to thank everyone for their support. In fact it was so popular we are going to be doing it again. Monday, May 7, 2012 at 2:24PM Total Dojo held a weapons seminar this weekend to educate our students about this important area of self defence. Techniques from Krav Maga, KFM and Filipino martial arts were taught on a fun and inforative session. The feedback was awesome but rather than bore you with that why don't you just watch the video:

Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 7:44PM Andy Norman, a self defence specialist and Hollywood fight choreographer is coming to Total Dojo to teach two workshops! Don't miss out on these sessions. Andy will be doing a session on the radical Urban X programme that has made professional instructors and specialists the world over take notice. Once you try you there is no going back.
The second session will be a foundation knife module. This will be an action packed and fun session teaching you basic knife skills. In addition you'll receive a dvd and manual for reference.

The King of the Cage event was an action packed night of kickboxing, thai boxing and mma and Pawel put a on great performance to earn another title for Total Dojo. Congratulations to Pawel.
